Hitme Studios Pty Ltd (t/a Hitme Hosting) offers an in-depth and comprehensive submission service for your website.
Before Hitme Studios performs any search engine work on any web site, we firstly run a series of spidering tests on the site
to make sure that the major search engines can actually see each of your web site pages.
We then look over the site to identify if the site has other know problems that prevent any of our search engine services from
working.
If your web site passes these tests then we proceed.
If however your site fails any of these tests, Hitme Studios will contact the client and explain where the site failed and
suggest ways of fixing the problem/s.
The service includes the following:
- Help in selecting suitable Title, Keywords and Description Meta tags.
- Based on the selected keywords we then source alternative choices to these keywords. These alternative choices will be passed onto the client for final approval.
- We then rank and optimise the final selection of keywords.
- The Title Meta tag is proof read for suitability with the major search engines.
- The Description Meta tag is proof read for suitability with the major search engines.
- Other Meta name details that help with the search engine ranking process are also included such as robot.txt file, revisit, rating, language, disruption, copyright and country tags are all added.
- After the above 6 items have been completed we then email the client a meta.txt file that contains all the necessary
code that needs to be pasted into the <head> section of each of the clients web pages. It is strongly recommended
that the client have their webmaster complete this. If the client does not have a webmaster, for an additional $100-
fee Hitme Studios will insert the code in to each page.
- Finally the website is then re-tested to make sure the optimised Meta tag code is in place and working.
- Hitme Studios will then configure our submission servers to automatically perform each of the submissions to each
of the major search engines for each of the optimised keywords, to the maximum allowable amounts for each of the
engines.
- In addition to this we also offer a FREE service (normally $15.00 per report) where we check the client’s web site for
any broken links. This is done on the 3rd Saturday and Sunday of each month. If the site has any broken links then
either the client or the client’s webmaster will be sent a report via email, that identifies the exact page, link and code
line number where the broken link can be found. It is highly recommended that any and all broken links are fixed
ASAP. Broken links reduce the successful registrations of the client’s website on the search engines.
- Towards the end of each month the client will be sent a detailed report by email that identifies the exact ranking
position of each web page and each keyword on each of the search engines. This is a fantastic marketing tool.
- The Search Engine Submission service will continue for 12 months.
This service usually takes 24 hours to complete. At which stage the submission work will then start.
